I agree with Zidane assessment. Boss hunt test players 3 cores: skill, strategy and teamwork. I played one time and all of them has a microphone but they're low rank (<100) and kids. In the beginning, the kids said "Hey looks, he has a cool hat (my corn scrumptious hat after beat crazy cool yeti)", but they didn't know that. They thought I got from sticker packs and they don't have any idea how the boss hunt works (based on their conversation).
Well, I decided to help them out at least to understand the basic so I tried my best to explain the strategy and what to do in each state. Surprisingly those kids able to follow the instruction and we were able to pass ice cycle parts (I did many of them but they tried their best and I let them knock few of them) and we go to imp part and attack the yeti and I tell them to repeat the cycle by themselves on the next round.
My conclusion :
1. Skill : the low level rank might be ok for normal as long they choose a suitable character.
2. Strategy: As long you have a microphone, guide them "politely" and clearly, you can guide the team in real time.
3. Team work: If you see they listen and try their best to follow, the team is getting better each round and eventually will nail it.
So somebody must have a microphone, lead the rookies and willing to grow the team. If the team success, you will have a different kind of satisfaction.
Since I have all the hats, I will try this leadership role on the next Yeti King.
