Zombies are better than plants. Time for nerf?

Zombies has another issue: only 2 heroes are playable, neptuna and brainstorm. Smash is so-so and others are plain awful. Plants offer more variety to the ladder.

Lurch for lunch

I won countless games because of this. Opponent thinks he won cuz he blocked my zombie but all I do is use this 2 cost card.

Plants version is same except it gives extra 1/1 but costs twice (I never even saw anyone use it)

costs 3.   Gets +2 dmg for every plant killed.  Has 6 hp

if u run a mushroom deck, u might as well concede since u will get one shot by tele valk.

Provides way too much value. Just kill 2 plants and it's already a 6hp 4 dmg zombie that costs 3

These are the overpowered cards that need a nerf asap.

I will just continue to play zombies until they get nerfed/plants get buffed.

it's +2 for each ZOMBIE that dies, not plant, and only if it's in you hand when it dies.

Teleport---

Im sure u guys know how op teleport is.

Not only does it let u play a zombie during trick phrase, but it also gives u a card and it only costs 1 brain.

This one is true... I've yet to see ANYONE say it's not. More so with Valk/L4L combo.

My bad about the valk.

i presume the zombie player will be using cheap but very effective cards like the tennis racket zombie.

as for the repeat moss, it's nothing like lurch for lunch. 

You have to build a deck for repeat moss and it's a plant, not a trick. So it can only be compared to the plant food which I have never seen anyone use.

why do u think I use lurch for lunch but not plant food? Oh right cuz plant food sucks

But I use plant food... in my repeat moss deck... +1/+1 and 2 bonus attacks is killer

Just because it's viable in a moss deck doesn't mean it's good lol.  what about all the other decks? As I stated, I haven't even seen anyone use it. Just fertilizer

Um... what?

I think all of the heroes on zombie side can be great in their own ways. To call Smash 'so-so' is criminal; I think many players could agree that the Smash can be VERY good if used right. And the others, awful? I've had plenty of different zombie heroes (super brainz, electric boogaloo, impfinity, smash and prof, haven't really played against the others much) give me a great run for my money even when I'm getting really lucky and doing really well. I've also seen countless devastating combos and synergies between the types of zombies the heroes offer.

Sure, some might suit certain playstyles better than others. I, for one, don't do as well with super, but excel at electric and prof. But no matter what hero suits your fancy, they can all be good in their own ways. To straight up call them 'awful' is unfair, I think.

I am afraid you haven't seen the valkprof performance then. It is just much better than any other deck in the meta right now. If the heroes I called awful are actually "good", then this one is godlike.

I'd say the only truly good zombie heroes are Prof, Imp and Electric.

I personally think Plants are better.

1. you are in diamond, i dunno how much pvp exp count. This is not a diss. I just started this game again, and i stopped at diamond last time. I played couple more times, and I rarely use any legendary cards (except for my super expensive smash deck), and this is my result from what I consider my top decks

Wall knight: 9-1 (2 leg soul patch, which i think i played them like twice), including one guy in rainbow league, and a few taco players.

Chomp: 7-3

Smash (the expensive version, including wannabe heroes, nurse gargan, octo, and maniacal laugh): 7-3. I don't consider this deck very strong,

Imp: 9-1

I am posting this result to say that I have ZERO idea which side is strong, I SHOULD not win games at this rate, it is kind of insane, I think i went from 32 to 34. It is so hard to say anything in diamond, maybe when i get into taco ,and play a lot of taco players, and I have a more normalized winrate I can better tell what the situation is. So far, all I can say is diamond shows no results on which side is stronger.

2. Rustbolt has a very strong sports deck.

immorticia has the best "i win by turn 5" deck in the game with beasts (no, seriously, turn 1 cat lady, turn 2 cat lady + immorticia's bat = 17 dmg if you didn't draw anything early game as a plant)

super brain has a good anti-hero deck with his available movement spells and etc.

There are bunch of different decent decks for zombies

3. Plant food is REALLY good, I see a lot of taco player use it, and I 2x them myself for the late game push. It is often a really good table turner in the late game. Don't think of it as a mid game card, as that is the easiest trap for players.

4. repeat moss is strong because it gives zombie players ZERO CHANCE to respond to it. When you play the valkyrie, you allow plant players to respond to it. Also, lurch for brain is not that strong, as it requires zombies to survive. This is why plant food cost more, because you can directly combo it, while lurch for food depend on the mercy of the plant player.
