Would way that you're kinda comparing the class between each another a bit too much. Yeah you can see some similarity for some of them,but there different enough that just comparing them is a moot point expect for some of them like corn vs foot soldier (which you didn't even have done at the first place)

While it true that chomper having no way to get into rooftop is a huge disadvantage and the main reason why chomper is nowhere near OP... Would even said that it also the reason why he's the worst char of the game. Superbrain is ok,but at the case of a matchup,he actually lose to a chomper in close range as he's easy to bait into a spikeweed,also Chomper can easily punish a turbo twister.

Imp is a support class...Excuse me,WHAT? He's nowhere close to be considered a support class lol,the only thing supportly for imp is gravity grenade and that only because it one of the best,if not the best ability in the game right now. Imp in foot is clearly a flanker which can become a tank thank to Z-mech. Outside of that he's the best class overall so I'm not surprised you consider him superior to rose.

All-star is a "truer" tank in a way that he offer much more damage and protection. While Citron is a more mobile one which also offer some CC. They're different enough that it hard to really know who is objectively the best here.

Corn<Engineer
(Assault Class)

Engineer is no longer a support class like many consider him. He's a bit of an oddball class, but his slow general mobility and damage projectiles rival corn. Engineer's stun/turret can easily take out a corn though.

Like I said earlier,a better comparison would be corn vs foot soldier

 Scientist vs sunflower is a weird case considering that scientist can be played very differently depending of his abilities and variant choice. You can go a offensive build with health station/sticky grenade with a close ranged variant and go for a more supportly one with heal beam/Heal bomb with a longer ranged variant like astronaut. I prefer sunflower compared to a support build scientist. Mostly because of sunflower great ammo count. But they're both viable.

Also if your warping toward enemies you aren't healing teammate,so that less support point for him hue.

Cactus is strictly the better sniper but deadboard have more options. That all that is needed to be said.

Agreed. Ever since the original Garden Warfare I've always much preferred playing as a plant (a pea to be precise) but now a lot of the fun has been taken out of playing on the plant team. The zombies have a mech. The plants don't have an equivalent to match this. Virtually every game of Turf Takeover as a plant you face several imps (cower at spawn until mech is available) and Superheroes running amok. Of course there is always plenty of these classes as unskilled players use them as crutches to fool themselves into thinking that they are actually good at the game (and who can blame them?). The pea just doesn't cut it any longer. I now have to rely on the citrons as they seem the only way to redress the imbalance somewhat, but it's not a character I really enjoy using. If the game balance isn't restored by Popcap it seems probable that I shall ditch PVZ and take my money elsewhere. No more PVZ GW games for me, I fear. An immensely fun game to play has been marred by poor decision-making. Such a shame. Oh well.

I don't have too much of a problem handling lone Imp Z-Mechs when I'm playing a Chomper- I find that a little Goop impairs them enough that you can take them out rather quickly, especially when the teammates focus in on them while they're Gooped. When the Mechs bunch up in numbers then it gets tricky unless you can Goop them all at once because they're too close together for their own good.
