I know that the china level is an easter egg, but it would be cool if it was expanded and perhaps survival, survival (hard) and survival (endless) were added or atleast endless, it would add more taste to the game, and even if it would only be a reskin technically, it would still be fun.
The China level could get it's own set of secret levels! (And an unlockable option to enable the Zombie skins afterwards as a reward for beating all the levels?)

This would be cool as you need to place pots like in roof. But you don't need pult plants. I like this idea!
