Plants vs. Zombies Replanted - Deep Dive Trailer

At about 1:08 during the pvp section they mention banning potato mine, is this confirmation of a banning phase in pvp mode? I suppose that's better than nothing, since there doesn't seem to be any mention/looks of balance changes or other new features. Also, from the recent dev blog videos, there seems to be a lot of controversy involving fake concept art and usage of AI. Hope those get addressed by the time the game launches. It'd be a shame if the game is released with the odd art we've seen and never gets changed.
