Re: Game Softlocks at Zen Garden — No Way to Continue (v1.5.0)

Platform: PlayStation 5 Game Version: Digital Game Language: Spanish Description of the error: The game completely freezes when unlocking the Zen Garden on the fifth rooftop level. Every time I enter that level, the game automatically sends me to the Zen Garden and a dialogue with Crazy Dave begins. At that moment, none of the controller buttons respond (X, Circle, Options, D-pad, etc.), so I can't skip the dialogue or progress. The problem always occurs at the same point and prevents me from advancing in the story. I've already tried deleting my progress and starting the game from scratch, but the error occurs again in exactly the same way. The controller works correctly in other games and outside of this dialogue. The only way to exit is to close the game, but when I reopen it, the error repeats.
