Re: Game Softlocks at Zen Garden — No Way to Continue (v1.5.0)

Hello EA Help Team,

I am reporting a game-breaking bug in Plants vs. Zombies: Replanted on PlayStation 5.

When entering Adventure Mode – Roof Level 5, the game sends the player to the Zen Garden. A message appears saying “Press X to continue”, but pressing X does nothing. The game becomes completely stuck.

Restarting the game, closing and reopening it, and re-entering the level do not fix the issue. The level remains blocked and the game cannot be progressed. Many players are experiencing this same bug.

This makes the game unplayable. We paid for this game and expect a working product. Please fix this issue as soon as possible.
