Same Here. U cant Press x in Playstation but Deppy Dave "moves"

Also in both ps4 and 5 i just cant click the crazy dave dialogue so i cant continue

J'ai également été victime de ce problème sur PS5. 

Impossible de continuer le dialogue avec Dave lors de la présentation du jardin zen, une fois l'arrosoir récupéré à l'issue du niveau 5-4. 

Appuyer sur le bouton X ne donne rien et le jeu semble bloqué. Cependant la musique fonctionne toujours et Dave bouge à l'écran mais cela reste bloque ainsi. 

La seule possibilité est de sortir entièrement du jeu. Cela est très frustrant puisqu'il est donc impossible de poursuivre le jeu principal, même si on ne souhaite pas s'intéresser au jardin zen. 

Il faut remédier à ce problème rapidement.

Ok ty because my game won't let me play the adventure mode

I'm having the same problem; the game won't let me progress after I get the watering can, and Dave gets stuck in his dialogue, but I can't press X or the pause button to exit.This problem urgently needs to be fixed as it's preventing me from progressing in my adventure. I'm playing on PS5

I was talking with an EA guy and he told me to clear out my ps5 cache but disnt work, also if i join any adventure level, the zen garden atill pops up if thats helps with anything

Is there any eta on when this will be fixed, there are so many people that are locked out and unable to continue because of this 🥲

As of 12/18/2025 this is still ongoing.the watering can is not there and therefore you can not go any further

HelloEA_Cath​ , any update on this glitch? and do you know if we will be getting an update soon to fix the soft lock? 

Cath and any of the Community Managers on the EA Forums are away for a long Christmas break. They'll all be back soon at some point. 

its been 22 days. What's the holdup. We wasted $20 just for an hour of gameplay.

The icing on the cake is it's on sale for 20% off...they are still pushing it while defective.
