answer to my complaint

Quinn Sisters are stealing gems.  When I get to 58/60 while waitint for them to open next, when I am playing old ones for fun, they deplete my 58?60 to 30/60????  I spend a lot of gems to get that far and when they delete me back, they don't refund the gems I spent???  What is going on?
