Cannot redeem crystals to level up in Merge Academy

POGO Merge Academy. Cannot progress the game. I have almost 800 crystals too. Pressing on redeem to collect results in nothing happening. It just takes back to the screen, the hand is pointing at the 7 bubble, clicking on does nothing. There is no PLAY button either. The only ways to exit this screen is to press the back arrow or reboot the screen.

I have done everything I have been instructed to do and nothing. I did log onto another computer that is NOT having this problem for another player and the result is the same. Cannot progress this game.

EA states the case has been resolved. It has not obviously.
