It is constant.  We all know the names.  And, EA does nothing to stop this issue.

A player with a high rating starts to lose and drops out.  Does the player winning get the win? No, it goes to the score not including the win.  It is bad enough having to play against cheaters who use all types of techniques to have them win, like leaving and EA does not give the winning player the win.  And it does not impact the runner at all.
