Clare Hart, Secret in the Shadows: All hidden objects are listed as "undefined"

This has been happening to me for months also...the "undefined" items in Claire Heart.  If EA can't fix this, then get rid of the game.  And definitely don't have it as a daily special like it is today, when not only can you not play, but it appears as though there have been no attempts at fixing it.  What ever happened to customer service?

Does anyone know what is going on with the Claire hart badge

@JayDeeLight~ Yep! I noticed that, except for maybe 3 hidden objects, the rest of the items were still listed as "undefined!" I do not buy power ups for this game. After using the Hint button, all I could do was slowly click on every item until the Hint button refreshed. I did "find" a few items using the "slow click" method, but mostly I depended on the refreshed Hint button. It took way longer than it should have but I eventually got the 100 pogis.

I also have this issue- it happens on both my iPad and windows desktop. It is upsetting that this game is included regularly in challenges without the issue being fixed.

@Javalvr2 ~ Hi, rolling my eyes at myself for first typing a TL;DR reply (I can be a "wordy" birdie🐥 ) before remembering another instance which may have affected your Pogo Forums post being deleted. I'm hopeful it's clear enough to get the gist. Sorry for the messy image--it's late & adding pics is not my strong suit.
