I'd love to look into this for you. First, let's take a look at your website cookies. Do you have your browser set to accept third-party cookies, or cookies from Pogo.com and Origin.com? This can help with keeping track of game progress and helps you have the best browser experience on Pogo.
If you have cookies active on Pogo, to help us track this down, can you take a few screenshots for me? Please take screenshots of the following:
- The end of level screen with how many stars you earned
- The level select menu where it still doesn't show the next level opened up

Hello Arrenai ... I did receive your email. Thanks. Yes - I am still having a problem. I will go with your emailed suggestions tomorrow and send the print screen copies. The cookie information is okay.

Hello again ... attached are the two screens you requested. The first one shows that I have one move left but am definitely past the one star point. The final cookie is surrounded by blue & pink cookies ... so it will be collected. The second screen shows what I am told after I finish the game and have collected all the cookies and one star. Help
