Friends can’t join my game

I just joined Hasbro scrabble. I don’t know how to invite a friend to,play with me.

Unfortunately I did all that and when my friend try to log on he was told no match. 

is there somewhere I have to register my password.

I am not on Facebook, I don’t know if this is necessary. I hope you can help, because I’ve contacted ea at least ten times and no,one knows anything.

after I set up my table with the password, etc. where do i put it so that partner can sign on????

Sounds simple but i have been trying to find the answer for two weeks!!!!

Have you tried posting a question in the Scrabble forum on pogo? There are many knowledgeable people there. They may be able to help.
