Pogo is a browser-based gaming platform that operates via our web browser, and the performance of your device significantly influences the overall experience. Occasionally, to optimize your experience—such as achieving quicker loading times, more fluid gameplay, you might need to verify or modify certain settings on your device (this is common on gaming sites).
This could include:
Internet Instability: Check the quality of your internet connection, ensure you have the latest ethernet cables, upgrading to Cat6 or higher can make a noticeable difference!
Additionally test your internet speed regularly, over time our internet providers connections can become stale or outdated over time, this could cause a variety of issues like lag or freezing issues. *Ensure you're consistently getting the speed you’re paying for.
Trizzle: This is a very well-known game that we need to make adjustments on, see this recent posting here with lots of information > Trizzle freezing on first move. | EA Forums - 12656272
Scrabble: If you're experiencing constant freezing in this game, here are a few potential reasons why:
✅ Corrupt Cookies and Cache (outdated). In browser-based games, this might interfere with how scripts run or how assets (like graphics and sounds) load, leading to freezing, lag, or missing features. This is why you will often hear "clear your cookies and cache" this provides our device to speak clearly with the Pogo servers. Doing this often helps so very much, not only with Pogo but with all websites.
✅ Outdated Graphics Driver or Outdated Browser: Even if you have a brand-new computer/device this needs to be checked often. Our devices go through updates nonstop, some may be awaiting our approval or needing to be checked. Often behind the scenes there is some program on our devices updating every week - updates are nonstop and should be checked often.
✅Low on RAM or CPU power: Try and only have the Pogo website open while gaming, this will help free up your systems resources and gives the game more room to run smoothly.
"Level 59 on sweet tooth that is impossible to get"
Sweet Tooth Town: This game can be very fickle with the pause and 🚫 after each move, this requires a lot of patience.
Level 59 is very hard to achieve; we must get the candy on the conveyor belt ASAP and drop as soon as we can in the bottom left of this board. If the first candy misses the drop or drops too deep on the first go around, start the game over, because you won't have enough moves left to drop the other two.
You can get assistance on dropping these just right by using the Donut and if you have them the rolling pin and/or the blender. This is how I was able to accomplish the level and with a lot of trial and error. Please be assured this level has been reported and is on their radar for investigation.
Tips:
- Avoid clicking during animations—wait until the board settles before making any moves.
- Go slow and have a strategy
- Ensure you start the game with a clean and updated device

This is true. I believe we are in a test stage of the new format, this is why they are asking for feedback here and on the Pogo website. I suspect it will be very different next month after all the feedback thus far. Please make sure to leave feedback if you have not already.

"...hidden objects games and there never is any new ones."
Currently in September 2025 there are two hidden object games, both being Claire Heart with around 50 levels and about 5 chapters for some levels. Claire Hart Secret and Shadows is at Case 51 "The End of a Story". We can assume they know this.
Traditionally new content often depends on player demand. If there isn’t a strong call for additional levels or chapters, the game may not receive the development attention it deserves. From reading posts both here and on Pogo, the current player demands appear to be on - Merge Academy, Solitaire Home Story, Quinns Aquarium, Mahjong Sanctuary, Snowbird Solitaire and Monopoly Sudoku. These games have a strongest fanbase.
