Why is it that on the banner, when you complete a game it stays on the banner forever. Right now it's the limited edition games that ended 12/31, would rather see more current badges to earn than tho...

My mom is also dealing with this issue on her account & the typical fixes haven't worked. I saw another person post about this a while ago I think, so they should theoretically know that there's a problem...I wish I had the solution!
