Gift card concerns..

Used a EA gift card ($15) to purchase POGO games. I see the transaction in the Customer Portal but I can not access it. Do I need some type of Redemption code? Also, while looking at my account, I noticed that I had used 2 $25 gift cards to purchase a 3 month subscription at $15.99+ tax. Should I have some type of credit in my account??

    @EA_Illium Still having issues with redeeming my gift card. Can't enter pin number off the back of the card. Error message says "the code entered is incorrect" however when I look in my EA account, the money is showing up. Order #1004983044390.

    HI @DRoyal514nT 

    Apologies to confirm did you redeem the gift card on your EA account before trying to use it on Pogo or did you see the funds pop up after trying to redeem it on pogo?

    Still not working...I redeemed the EA gift card prior to trying to get it to work in POGO. Every time I try to enter the redemption code on the back of the card it say invalid code number. At this point I am really frustrated with this. I've wasted $30 as far as I'm concerned.
