how can I call ea or have someone call me?
Hey @lpkwy1 If you're wanting to speak with an advisor you will want to make a case at help.ea.com, Select the "Contact Us" option at the top of the web page. Our site will have you select topics based on your issue to create a case.
At the end, you will be shown our contact options: Phone, Chat, Email. Depending on different factors certain options may not be available.
