How come when I was billed I didn't get my free gems?

    YOU RECEIVED OUR MEMBERSHIP PAYMENT FOR THE YEAR, WHICH WAS DUE AND PAID, AFTER YOU HAD WRONG CARD ON FILE, SO WHERE ARE THE GEMS?????

    @curblane ALSO YOU HAVE TO HAVE A BETTER WAY OF GETTING BACK TO THE PEOPLE THAT HAVE JOINED AND PURCHASED A MEMBERSHIP. LOOK HOW LONG WE HAVE BEEN MEMBERS. SOME CHANGES YOU MADE TO PROGRAM AND GAMES COULD BE BETTER.
