I have been waiting the seven day maximum to receive GEMS
I chatted with someone because I did not receive my gems with annual membership to pogo. He said it would take up to 10 days and I could read and I could read about it. He said many things NONE were true. I did read and it says UP TO 7 DAYS. hE THEN CLOSED MY CASE. DAY SEVEN I DO NOT HAVE MY GEMS.
PLEASE COMPLY WITH YOUR CONTRACT OR CANCEL MY ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP AND i WILL GO BACK TO QUARTERLY. THE TWO TIMES I HAVE NEEDED HELP TRYING TO PAY AND RECEIVE SERVICE i HAVE BEEN MET WITH NEGATIVITY AND MISINFORMATION.

Can you try selecting the following case details:
- On the EA Help homepage, select Account support. > Search for "Pogo" and select > Select I'm looking for something I earned
And check with options it may provide. If email continues to only appear we may need to select that option and explain the situation further for assistance.
