I have been waiting the seven day maximum to receive GEMS

I chatted with someone because I did not receive my gems with annual membership to pogo. He said it would take up to 10 days and I could read and I could read about it. He said many things NONE were true. I did read and it says UP TO 7 DAYS. hE THEN CLOSED MY CASE. DAY SEVEN I DO NOT HAVE MY GEMS. 

PLEASE COMPLY WITH YOUR CONTRACT OR CANCEL MY ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP AND i WILL GO BACK TO QUARTERLY. THE TWO TIMES I HAVE NEEDED HELP TRYING TO PAY AND RECEIVE SERVICE i HAVE BEEN MET WITH NEGATIVITY AND MISINFORMATION.

    Can you try selecting the following case details:

    1. On the EA Help homepage, select Account support. > Search for "Pogo" and select > Select I'm looking for something I earned

    And check with options it may provide. If email continues to only appear we may need to select that option and explain the situation further for assistance.

    If you are still missing your gems from your Club Pogo subscription please reach back out to our support to take a further look. We are unable to assist with accounts or purchases here on the forums.

    It only takes me to email who then tells me how to chat. I know how the option isn't appearing only email. They closed my chat case which is about the gems, only I still haven't received the gems.

    I have been to EA Home page.

    There is NO Account Support; there is Only Game support or Manage Account.

    You need to update your suggestions to read the correct info
