@offJp204 Thanks for letting me know, we are aware of some issues playing some of our games on Ipad. The team is aware and looking into it. I'll update here when I know more.

Thank you very much. Just so you know, I also haven’t been able to get into Jewel Academy for a very long time now either. Maybe that’s an iPad issue as well?

I have also been having trouble with the game not loading and crashing. It happens consistently on my ipad using Safari, but I’ve also experienced it on my PC using Chrome. If I clear cache I can usually get it to finally load but then certain screens inside the game will cause it to repeatedly reload and sometimes crash again. Been happening since around October 2024. I also can’t load Jewel Academy at all. It tries several times to load before it crashes. I attached a screenshot of the message.
