Is there a tier 5 upgrade for Chocolate Factory, et al in Sweet Tooth Town?

I've played every level available for all shops in Sweet Tooth Tow but the Chocolate Factory, Sugar Shack and Candy Shop all look like they should offer levels above 90 in each like the Bakery since each has "Out of Stock" placards where more playable levels will be after an upgrade. Unfortunately I can't find any way to upgrade any of then anymore even though I have plenty of Chocolate Coins (over 165,000 now after replaying many levels to get three stars) and have played through every available level so far in all the buildings.

I'm guessing these "Out of Stock: levels will be added at a future. I just love playing the game so much I'm kind of bummed that I haven't been able to find any more new levels to play now. If someone might be able to answer my question whether are currently more levels available currently or maybe will be in the (hopefully) near future it would be very much appreciated.
