Jet Set Solitaire

Question

Hi. I am stuck with 12/16 stars so unable to unlock the Airport to progress to the next level.

I have been told to keep re-playing levels where I have only got 1 or 2 stars to earn more, which I have done, but they're not counting. I am still stuck with 12/16 and there's no way I can get 3 stars on the Sydney level, driving me crazy that I can't carry on with the game, any help or advice would be grateful.

Hi 😊If you’re stuck at 12/16 stars, replaying levels only helps if you earn more stars than before. Getting the same 1 or 2 stars again won’t increase your total.Try this:Go back to easier earlier levels and aim for 3 stars thereMake sure you actually beat your previous best scoreRestart the game after earning new stars (sometimes it doesn’t refresh immediately)Check that your game is updatedIf you’re earning new stars and they still aren’t counting, it could be a bug — you may need to contact EA Support.Hope that helps!
