lost club membership

EA won't respond and impossible to contact them. 

I purchased the Club membership a month ago. I had had the same user name, game name and email for a long time. I cancelled the email service, but did not change it on POGO just because I forgot to do it. Subsequently when the site changed the other day, for some reason I was locked out, and could not get in. It asked to change my password, but would only send it to the email i had on record, but no longer have access to. So, as I see it there is no way to recover my past game name or Club membership. Any suggestions?

I did create a new profile, but hate buying another club membership.

    @streetrod101 Hey there, sorry to hear you're running into this I can imagine it's pretty frustrating.

    We unfortunately can't help with an account issue here on the forums, what you'll need to do is contact EA Help Live support which you can do here and they should be able to get you sorted. 

    Let us know how you get on and if you still end up having issues.
