Lost pogies

Yesterday, Sep 2, 2021 - I had more than 6,500 pogies - as noted at the top of my home page (6500/1000)  Today, Sep 3, 2021, with the new constellation, my pogie count was 0/400.

Where did my 6,500 pogies go?  They did not credit to the old constellation or the new one that began this morning.  I bought challenges for some of the pogies that I earned - and these cost money.

  •    I had 18100 pogis saved up from buying badges.   I had completed the Gemini Constellation and continued to buy and complete badges in between the  time the last Constellation ended, and the new one ( Mariam ) came out.  This last Thursday, Sept. 2, I began to complete the first level of Mariam Constellation.   I completed a daily challenge fthat earned  me 100 new pogis.   As soon as the daily challenge was completed, my balance of pogis went from 18,100 to only 100 !   I was very surprised and also upset, to be honest, since I had been purchasing and completing quite a few badges in between the constellations being available.   I do not have a picture of the pogi balance of 18100 because i never thought that they would vanish just like that !    

    I am pretty sure that there is no rule that you cannot carry a balance of pogis .  This happened several days ago, so an advisor told me that this wouldn't have to wait 24 hours to see if the pogis would reappear.   I'm sure this is a systems glitch.

    Can you please restore my proper pogi balance ?   Thank you very much.

    During the month of August I bought games and earned tons of Pogis.  I had over 15,000.  This was after I had already earned the constellations for the month of August.  I had read that they would carry over to the next month, and be applied towards the September constellations.  However, when September 1, 2021 came along, I lost all of my Pogis, and started back at zero.  I have spoken to the POGO chat line and they told me to notify your department as they feel it must have been a clitch in the system as to why I lost them.  My email address is [edit: email address removed] and my name is Debra.  I will be waiting a response from you.  Thank you..
