missing pogo gems
Okay I have been very patient but now I am losing it. I cannot play on pogo because you
took my gems that I paid for on 10-1-24, I purchased 119.00 worth but you took them back. So what is going on? I have been a very loyal pogo player since 2012. My bank statement
shows that the purchase went through. I understand that you had some problems but
that is not my fault. I would hate to cancel but if you don't give me my gems or a refund
I will have to quit. I am on a fixed income and bedridden, I am only asking for what I
paid for. Thank you...... My old screen name was blnbmr1..... I got hacked and had to
change it.
