Money on my wallet for gems

Hi my daughter bought a gift card for me to use to buy gems the money is in my wallet but when I go to buy gems its not there does anyone know how to get money from my wallet to gem purchase thank yo...

Hello! When redeeming a gift card on Pogo, after entering the code an option will appear for selecting either:

275 Pogo Gems (plus 25 bonus Gems)

3 months of Club Pogo

You can find additional information on how to redeem a Gift Card on Pogo here (US Residents Only): Where to get EA Gift Cards and how to use them

Click on your avatar, then select Pogo Code Redemption and this page will appear.

If for some reason, there was an error while applying the code you will need to speak with EA Help directly through their private and secure channels. Unfortunately, here in Forums they are unable to assist with purchases or specific account issues due to being in a public forum.
