Not receiving in game purchases
This is the third time I have purchased in game coins through POGO Merge Academy and have not received those coins despite being charged for the gems. At this point I am down 400 gems since October and nobody seems able or willing to assist with this matter. I am seriously considering closing my POGO account of 23 years as I am losing money for no reason. What can be done to fix this issue once and for all and how do I get my 400 gems back? Thank you.
