Not receiving in game purchases

This is the third time I have purchased in game coins through POGO Merge Academy and have not received those coins despite being charged for the gems.  At this point I am down 400 gems since October and nobody seems able or willing to assist with this matter.  I am seriously considering closing my POGO account of 23 years as I am losing money for no reason.  What can be done to fix this issue once and for all and how do I get my 400 gems back?  Thank you.

  • Merge Academy:  Never received 250 coins despite being "charged" 100 gems.

  • Thank you.  I have already spent several hours in chat with EA Help and they told me to post here as there was nothing they could do.  This is incredibly frustrating.

    And it has just happened again!  I was charged 100 gems but did not receive the 250 coins.  I am now down 500 gems and no one seems to be able to fix this. 

  • This has happened to me twice now.  I purchased 570 coins and did not receive them.  Today for finishing a chapter one of my rewards was 25 coins.  I didn't get those either.  I have put in two tickets. The first one said I would have it back in 24 hours.  It didn't happen so I tried again.  I was told they don't have tools to fix it.  So apparently stealing hard earned money from someone is fine by Pogo. I am contacting the better business bureau today showing one said I would get it back and the other stating they can;t fix it.  I have been a member for almost 24 years.  I removed my credit card so I will not be charged when it is renewal time.  It is time to move on and I know I will really miss it but I am not going to give my money for someone to take it from me.  We all know the price of the gems are outrageous and the price of the power ups is upside down compared to the gem purchase.  Poor customer service. It is really sad..
