Pogis not awarded

There is some kind of bug happening in your games. I've finished two personal challenges, each of which were supposed to reward me 400 pogis, and I didn't get credited for either of them when I completed the challenge. My Pogis have been at 1100 of 1200 when the issue started, and this was for the silver tier challenges at level 14. I finished the personal challenge badge Dapper Dodge Badge in the game Boggle Bash 2 on August 2nd. This had a 400 Pogi reward that should have been credited to me and taken me to the silver tier level 15, credited me 10 Pogo gems, and started my level 15 at 300 of 1200 pogis. This was not done. Then I finished the personal challenge badge Mighty Drumstick Badge in the game Mahjong Sanctuary on August 3rd. This had a 400 Pogi reward that should have been credited to me and taken my silver tier level 15 to 700 of 1200 Pogis. This did not happen either. I would really appeciate getting my 10 Pogo gems, and having my level and Pogis fixed to reflect that I am working on silver tier level 15 now and have that 700 of 1200 earned for that level so far. Also, please fix this error. I don't want to work on any more badges that I would not get credited for. I am using a laptop computer and the Google Chrome browser. I've also tried restarting my computer, which did nothing to fix this. Thank you!!

For a week I have been attempting to long into my Pogo account that I have had for over 10 years.  The sign-in tells me my "credentials have expired".  I have been through the EA website more time then I 'd like to think about and can not find a solution or, more importantly, a way to talk to a fellow human being from EA.  This is very frustrating and I have finally come to the conclusion that for whatever reason EA no longer wants me as a customer.  Very odd way to do business, ignore your loyal paying customers.  What a mess.  I do not hold out much hope of getting a reply here as I have noticed on the boards that replies from EA rarely come, so I guess I will just leave this as a bit of feedback and a farewell.  It was fun while it lasted.

Select EA app, select topic, select issue, and finally select contact option.

Using live chat is much faster and if the live chat option is unavailable you have to change the topic and issue a bit until you get the live chat option.

I've completed 3 Challenges today (Mahjong Sanctuary, Word Whomp and Phlinx ll). 400+400+200=1000 Pogis. There is definitely something wrong on the site.

Why has my progress in Monopoly Sudoku started over. Says its on#4city and I have very little money

I'm having the same issue. I just completed World Class Solitaire for 1000 pogis and I didn't get the pogis. I also didn't get pogis last week on 2 challenges that were each for 400 pogis. It seems to be just on the gifted challenges.

@Shad7074  Did you find a solution? I had this happen to me last year and I was able to talk to someone and they sent me a password reset. I'm not sure what happened I was able to login in the morning and came back in the afternoon and could no longer get in. After resetting my password I was able to get back in. 

I have been working on several diamond badges. This morning when I started playing I noticed that several of them no longer have the 600 pogis on them. Why are they disappearing?
