Pogo Chat is not loading. When trying to open chat it says to refresh or close chat.

My friends are no longer in my friend list. My friend list is empty. The Forum Page and chat doesn't work either

There is NO chat at all on any of the games. March 31,2024 and it has been down for a few hours. 3:30PM EST.
Chat is working again!!!! It was strange playing games without it.
