Pogo chat is not opening

CANASTA  GAME: ONE OF MY PAGES DOESN'T WORK AND IT IS THE FIND A FRIEND WHERE YOU CAN PUT THE BEGINNERS ADVANCED INTERMEDIATE AND YOU CHECK MARK WHAT LEVEL OF PLAYERS YOU WANT TO PLAY AND HEY ATOMATICLY CHECK MARK ALL OF THEM NOT JUST THE BEGGINER THAT HAS THE CHECK MARK LIKE I WANT HOW DO I FIX i TRYED TO TROUBLESHOOT AND THAT DIDN'T SEEM TO WORK.

• What Device are you using?
• Which web browser do you play on?
• Do you get an error message at all?

Thanks for taking a moment to let us know what you're running into with Pogo Games, When you have a moment could we start by giving the following steps a try? 

• Try restarting your device and potential your internet equipment
• Clear your Web browser Cookies/Cache
• Check if your device has updates, as well as your web browser
• Try using your browser Incognito Mode... This may require you to manually sign in
• Try downloading and using a different web browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox)

Also, make sure your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games. If you continue running into issues playing your games, Would it be possible to get the following information? 

• Screenname:
• What Device are you using?
• Which web browser do you play on?
• Do you get an error message at all?
• Screenshot of how your game appears...

Same problem on April 16 2024

Today is Tuesday April 16, 2024, and chat is once again not opening. I hit "REFRESH" and nothing and how are we players supposed to contact anybody with this new EA hing? It's a nightmare trying to get answers why things go on now.
