Pogo Daily Sudoko problem

I am having difficulty with Pogo Daily Sudoko, it started yesterday (8/25) and continues today. As I am solving the puzzle, every few numbers it will suddenly close, and after several seconds if I click the setting icon, I can sometimes reopen it. This is completely frustrating, I usually solve 2 -3 puzzles a day, and now I haven't the time to do 1.

    Hey there, @law204qvfXKn.

    If the game is closing every few numbers, let's try to figure that out. Does it give an error message at all when it does so? Does it open another page, such as going back to the Pogo.com home page, or does it close the browser window?

    One thing you can try to start is our HTML5 troubleshooting. Please run through that and let me know how it goes for you.

    If the game is closing every few numbers, let's try to figure that out. Does it give an error message at all when it does so? Does it open another page, such as going back to the Pogo.com home page, or does it close the browser window?

    I really don't have time or patience to run this bug down, which is why I contacted you. I thought it was resolved yesterday afternoon when I came back from work, however this morning the problem recurs. There is no error message, the puzzle just disappears, and sometimes after a few seconds if I click the settings icon, it will return, but the problem persists and will reoccur two or three numbers later. It is definitely something in the coding.

    Hey there, @law204qvfXKn.

    That's really odd. I tried it on my end and I'm not able to get the same result that you're seeing, so let's see if we can track it down.

    Have you had a chance to run through the troubleshooting I posted yet? I'd like to narrow down if it may be a difference of what browser is being used, or if clearing the cache resolves it.
