I haven't been able to load A Way With Words either. I also can't ever buy gems anymore. I was also charged twice for my annual renewal which after reading this thread, and being unable to contact anyone, I'll be canceling and disputing my credit card charge. I just can't take paying for this when no one helps and no listens. Poke me with a fork I'm done.
