I am banned too after 12 years I always played by myself. It says I am banned due to an infringement never had a problem with POGO till they moved to this new platform. I paid the yearly 39.99 and then they ban or suspend my account. I have never been nasty with anyone nor do I have any web crawlers they banned the wrong email kept my money and will not answer me after a week. I have over 1000 badges that are lost this was the only entertainment I had. Someone has either hacked my account or lied about me. Not a good way to treat an older lady after 12 years of no issues. I am very disappointed and saddened by this if you are going to do this to me refund my 39.99 you just got from me.
