Re: How to cancel Pogo subscription

When I go into my account and get to the billing portion, there is no where it says to cancel my subscription.  I am so tired of this.  I can't get in touch with anyone at pogo.com, it keeps bringing me back to the same page.  Now, I know exactly why I no longer want to be a paid subscriber, this site only wants your money and you can't get a refund and that is all they want is money, money, money.  I took off all my payment accounts just so they don't get any more of my money.  

Follow with your Answer Still Not able to Cancel the Pogo Subscription. is there any Update process that I need to Follow? Let me know,

I'm sorry to hear that you want to cancel. That said, however, we make it easy for you to manage your subscription via the My Account section of the Pogo website.

On the new Pogo experience:

1. Click the avatar in the upper right corner
2. Select My Account and sign in
3. On the left, click on Billing & Subscription
4. Next to your billing date, select Cancel Subscription

please. 

I took my payment info off also but because i still have that card they used the one on record.
