Arrenai, you showed a screen shot above where the typo was fixed on the tier 6. I am here to tell you, it has Not been fixed. Yesterday, I was playing for a friend. I reached tier 6 for him and it has the same as before. It still says Quinn's Aquarium 🏈 10 joker  Quinn's Aquarium 🏈 20 undo. It did not give him either. I did not get mine like you said I did either. I am like a lot of other people who have been here for many years. I am really considering along with my husband of cancelling our memberships.

It seems like your friend's browser hasn't been updated to the newest data. Can you have your friend clear their browser cache?

I just double-checked and Silver Tier 6 is still reading 2 Jokers, 2 Undos, which is in-line with other tiers of being 2 individual power-ups each. (Example: Tier 8 is Pogo Daily Sudoku's 2 Magic Lamp, 2 Magic Eye.)

According to the backend logs, the 2 sets of 2 power-ups were delivered to your account on April 7th. At the time the logs were pulled, on April 9th, your account still had the power-ups available in-game and they had not been used at that time (however, it may have been used by you since). As this is the direct data from your account, if you're not able to see the data, then please try to clear your cache to see if it can pull the data we have again.
