Pogo chat is not working in spades. When you click on chat is asked you to refresh or close chat, neither helps.

YEP, no chat, no friends list...entire evening. And as usual, a SIMPLE problem that they don't acknowledge or fix. Customer service is NON-EXISTENT and complaints to the BBB are long overdue! We PAY for a service that we do not receive and a service that has nothing but BOTS as "customer service"
yes no sevice to complain to this is getting very old games not working . we pay for this service and not getting our moneys worth
