Re: Pogo keeps logging me out!

This happens everytime I switch to a different game.

I keep checking remember me, but it does not (see attached).

Do you use an anti-virus or ad blocker with your web browser?

If not can we try the following if you have not so far?

• Try restarting your device and potential your internet equipment
• Clear your Web browser Cookies/Cache
• Check if your device has updates, as well as your web browser
• Try using your browser Incognito Mode... This may require you to manually sign in
• Try using a different web browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox)

If this continues would it be possible to get the following information? 

• Screenname:
• What Device are you using?
• Which web browser do you play on?
• Do you get an error message at all?
• Screenshot of how your game appears...

Yes, I've already done all of those and don't have an ad blocker.

    For some reason even when I click (remember me) it doesn't remember me.

This question is perplexing and intriguing to me at the same time, lol.....Your log in screen does not look like mine, also when I searched for the username pogolady it could not be found within the Pogo find a friend list. This is definitely an IT issue.

If I use my phone, computer or tablet this is what the log in screen looks like.

Yes, I agree that it must be an IT issue - but now logging in (it doesn't  keep me logged in) I see this screen :

I figured part of it out 🤓

If you are logged in and randomly just backspace out (besides logging out), this screen will appear. I wonder if just using the backspace beside exiting games or logging out properly is the cause of this.
