when will we get our pogo gems for renewal?

The Renewal Rewards will be active immediately upon rolling over from the current subscription to the renewed subscription, including the Pogo Gems. As soon as you've been charged and your payment due date is updated to the next billing date (such as next year), you should have the Pogo Gems.

If you did renew and you haven't received the Pogo Gems yet, please reach out to EA Help and our game advisors can look into it for you:

• Select Missing content > Never received content
• Click Select contact option
