    Hi @Moogan1201 

    To confirm what @Barigood1ww mentioned this is indeed spam or potentially a phishing scam. 

    EA and Pogo will not direct you to contact them via a direct phone number or in this manner if your account is actioned (banned) for violating our Terms of Service. 

    To speak with our support you will always use help.ea.com. To both contact support and our TOS team (if you are ever banned). 

    I would recommend blocking this email from your email account, and as always check out the steps in our Help Article about keeping your accounts safe:

We’re always working hard to make Pogo a more safe and secure place for all players as we want to provide a pleasant, comfortable environment for everyone It has been observed that you have failed to abide by these rules Therefore action may be taken on your account, up to and including account termination. where do i go to complain about an unfair challenge?

    I can't get into my EA account., I am sure I've been hacked. I called , because I just paid for gems and It doesn't show

    up on my Alert  with amount. My account is abc48026062. I received an text that $1 pending charge was put on my card,

    I have been have trouble for the past week or so., with this EA/pogo account. 

    requesting an answer to this situation. 

    I see there a phone number to call, but., I'm concerned that could be a scam .. 

    Thank you., I been with this POGO  site since 2007., and it was smooth sailing all the years , before it went to EA .,

    also checked with my credit card company ., and they show $1 chrg  for 3 times this weeks., which they say is a pending

    charge .
