Thanks for taking a moment to let us know what you're running into with Pogo Games, When you have a moment could we start by giving the following steps a try?
- Try restarting your device and potential your internet equipment
- Clear your Web browser Cookies/Cache
- Check if your device has updates, as well as your web browser
- Try using your browser Incognito Mode... This may require you to manually sign in
- Try downloading and using a different web browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox)

Please read our questions before sending the same copy and pasted answer. I already tried those things, included a screen shot and provided my system details.

To confirm does this continue on another browser such as Google Chrome?
If so would it be possible to get the following information?
- Screenname:
- What Device are you using?
- Which web browser do you play on?
- If possible, please share a DxDiag file
