Sweet Tooth Town not crediting gold coins

I was playing Sweet Tooth Town tonight and won two levels, yet was not awarded my chocolate coins! I've been working so hard to achieve certain levels and now I didn't even get credit for it. Can you please somehow fix this bug and compensate that progress? Thanks!

To help us track this down, can you record some information for us?

• What was your coin total when you started?
• What level did you complete?
• How many coins did the level completion state you earned?
• What was your coin total after returning to the map screen, leaving the game, and then coming back in?
• What was the date / time you completed the level and earned the additional coins?

This will help a lot in figuring out where it's catching. I look forward to hearing from you.

I was at 88567 coins and earned approximately 2500 between the two levels I completed. One was the ice cream house, level 46. The other I think was the lollipop house but I don't remember what level. My coin total did not move, even when I exited and came back.

I tried everything to reload the screen and had no connection issues. Both incidents were 7-14-2020 late evening EST. There was no point that evening where the accrual was successful. The glitch was happening the whole time.

Please let me know if the coins can be awarded, or gems can be awarded to buy the coins. Thank you.
