Re: Merge Academy: Treasure Trove Chest Rewards Reduced to one Item

It amazes and affronts me that even though POGO did so many of us a dirty turn by changing the Merge Academy side game chests to a single item, even chests that had been saved from previous completions BEFORE they fouled everything up, that even with this and all the other glitches, that they continue to bombard us all with their "special offers".  Then it asks, "Miss Out?"?  Let me clue you in on something POGO, I'm a dyed in the wool, older Southern Appalachian woman with Scots-Irish blood.  You have offended me as a customer for the last time.  After you as a company completely screwed me and so many others over yet still have the audacity to blast me with special offers?  I would stick my head in a badger hole before I would spend another, single solitary dime of my actual hard earned money with this site.  Merge Academy was one of the few games that I did spend a little money on occasionally, but you can bet that is over and done now.  The game barely functions now, why on earth would I ever entertain the notion of spending MORE money on something that is at best, limping along.  
There are so many of the games that have had issues for months, with no resolutions, one only has to read the forums to know that.  Customer service is non-existent and it seems as of late there is zero accountability or even acknowledgement on the part of POGO.  I'm sure POGO is thinking, "Oh, she's only one person."  Yes, but I'm one of many and if we all take our business and our dollars elsewhere, then we'll see what we'll see, won't we?    Best tend to your customers, POGO, before you don't have any.
