Treasure Chase Challenge

I have played every game at least once to try and locate the 2nd game top row of the TREASURE CHASE CHALLENGE. It is not to be found. Is there a glitch in the system?

     Hint:

    I wear a little yellow raincoat and have a little matching umbrella; I also love diamond suits on Medium or Hard.
