I get the response complete quest card 2 to unlock higher bets. I am on quest card 12 and still unable to increase my bet

In some cases, it can take about 24 hours for badges to unlock. Given how much time you mentioned has passed in this case, it would probably be best to reach out to an EA Help Advisor directly so they can take a look at your account.

@katsassy33 I called and spend 45 minutes on the phone with Pogo, they gave up and said only thing I could do was report a bug, they would not even do that for me! I know pogo gave me a preview game I could get into, play, and tell them what problems I find. I never did it, if they won't fix what they have why should I help them on a new game? They most likely won't fix that either! LOL
I agree but at least you were able to contact them via phone. I have had the hardest time getting hold of someone. I did get them to give me the badge I was missing but it did not help me with being able to increase my bet. Oh well
