What the hell happened to the my old scrabble. Its About the only game I play. NOW its some new damn version. I paid good money to play the old scrabble game without the damn advertisements This is a bunch off crap, you people can stick this new version up your *. Now I have nothing to play after I paid money to become one of your so called pogo members. You people are misleading and are falsely advertising your games. Edited title - CM

Joined and paid for three months POGO about 2 weeks ago. Pretty good at Scrabble, wanted to see what kind of NSA rating I could work up to. Only game I play (used to play Boggle Bash, too, but that's gone). Soooo, after the inevitable abuse from (many) sad and angry users who called me a cheater and "word finder user" every time I played a bingo, 12 days into my membership, there's this new version that:⚽ can never find another player to match you in 1-1 NSA games, haven't played one yet in the last three days. This wasn't an issue before, at all;🏈 seems to have done away with the NSA rating value - it's just gone, i.e. the entire reason I joined has just disappeared;🏀 takes forever to match you with an opponent in "quick play", and usually doesn't [cycle after cycle of 2:00 "no opponent found" timers], leaving you to play stupid bots.Wow, what an improvement! I'd like my fifteen bucks back, now, please. That was literally petit larceny, obtaining property under false pretenses.

@pppp1960 I'm with you, and so are a lot of other paying members, just go look at the forum. We are all very angry about the new HORRIBLE Scrabble on Pogo, and if they don't put the old one back or give us the old version as an option, that a lot of people on the forum complaining about it, most are talking about cancelling their membership. I just hope they all follow through, because I'm giving them a few months, if it isn't restored, then I AM cancelling!

I agree 150% but don't wait on your complaints to go anywhere!!! Just when I thought POGO could not screw up Scrabble any worse than the last time in 2019, they have succeeded. What is even worse is that, from what I have seen in the past, they will not go back to the version we all loved and enjoyed. You can spend all the time you want telling them of the bugs in the app --- actually, giving them this feedback is how thy debug the stuff because they do not test this mess before they roll it out. So sorry to hear you are paying to help them debug. I believe a lot of folk will cancel but POGO doesn't give a crap because new and unsuspecting people will along and fill the gap.

Ditto the only game I play to wake up my brain in the am, the compulsion to create newer versions is completely unnecessary and out of step with those that enjoyed the game. Listen to your users!!!!!

@EA_Rtas Add another dissatisfied customer. I've been a yearly subscriber for 8 years, was an off and on subscriber several years prior to that. I gladly paid for Scrabble and Yahtzee because at the time both were very true to the classic board games. Yahtzee was not upgraded to the EA platform and now this fiasco means I will not pay $40 a year for this platform. It's simply not worth the money.

The new Scrabble looks like a cheap knock off now.

WHY DID YOU GO AND CHANGE A GOOD THING??????????
WHEN RENEWING YEARLY FEE COMES AROUND GOOD CHANCE I WILL NO LONGER BE A CLUB POGO MEMBER
