I have not heard any updates or notifications as of yet. However, I did see this week the picture changed for the game - now it has a fairy?!? Hopefully we will get an update on this soon.
I mentioned this issue back in June. I finally found a place where I could submit a case in August, and I was told that they were aware of this issue. Then they closed the ticket. Again, this was in August. I post on their Forums that it still isn't fixed, and they jump all over me for reposting. How about them FIXING the problem???

I believe they closed your case because they are aware of the problem and are waiting for it to be addressed for you and many others. I see players posting about the sewing machine weekly here and Pogo Sconnie mentioned it recently on Pogo Insider – 10/17
As for "jumping all over me for reposting", I can relate to certain forums being a bit aggressive at times and I can assure you that you will not be treated that way here. Your voice and the voice of all players who may read this is imperative to the site for growth and improvement.
If I hear any updates on the Sewing Machine, I will report it immediately on this posting and invite anyone with any hints or updates to do the same.
