i had exact opposite. i got awarded the final weekly and said i got 2021 album completion badge but didnt get awarded it. not in collection

if you mean Live chat I contacted live chat as I am having the same issue as rockets and my advisor said the team is having loading problem with the tool they use my advisor said they tried 3 times so my advisor told me to try contacting live chat again later and they will try and help me again so I am going to try live chat again later.
EA Staff (Retired)Well I tried again later back on Friday late afternoon to early evening and the advisor said the same thing that the tool still was not working.
