How do I open a case with the support team?

I am ready to delete my account I can't get help opening a case to resolve issues how the heck do I open a case for resolution? I don't have all day to look thru thousands of web pages for help

Click on Chat With Us and follow the steps to open a case.

Hello! This posting is from a year ago and since then this forums community has gone through a few changes and redesign - so has EA Help.

Our Pogo EA Community Manager EA_Lanna has posted a step-by-step guide for us here > [POGO] How to Contact EA Support | EA Forums - 12464874

You can log on to EA Help with your Pogo credentials and view your account and submit a case.
