I have played POGO games as a free player for almost 5 years and have never had much of an issue. Starting about 4 days ago, however, every game is unplayable. There is a new ad banner at the top of the game screen that is so big that roughly 2" of game screen cannot be seen at the bottom. I cannot even click play on most games much less use a booster or see a hand of cards. I use a Chromebook and full screen. PLEASE HELP AND FIX!
YES! And of course it always seems to happen when I've decided to use a help like the remove 3 cards or something. I've lost multiple lightning bolts and helps because of that STUPID ad!!!

It looks like the page has been zoomed in. Sometimes, when zooming in, all the assets on the webpage don't scale with the increased magnification settings.
To test this, could you check what the zoom is sitting at at the moment? Once you've made note of it, try zooming out and comparing the game window size with the image you shared above.

Hello, well, I wouldn't say that this issue is SOLVED, but it seems to be better. With each game mostly I can scroll in or out to accommodate what it is I need to do with the game. Sometimes I have to CTRL scroll a few times, but since I enjoy playing the games, I justify doing this. My Chromebook is a few years old as well, but always updated.
Like I mentioned in my comment, although it looked like it was zoomed in, my settings were on 100% at the time.

I just tried loading the game. It's still not fixed/playable.
I haven't been able to play in weeks. I really thought it was just me. Any updates on a fix?? EA Seems to be MIA on this subject!
